Informed consent and policy agreements are required for all aesthetic center services. Paperwork and education is directly provided to patients to ensure complete understanding. Please do not sign consents or agreements if you have questions or concerns. We are more than happy to answer all your questions!

Payment, Cancellation Policies and Fees
Payment in-full required at time of service
Cancellation and rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are subject to a $100 fee. The fee amount can be credited towards a future treatment, for patients without a history of cancellations.
A no-show fee of $100 will be applied
The Refresh Aesthetic Ctr is an exclusive cosmetic center with limited availability, thus cancellation and no-show policies are necessary. Thank you for understanding
Payments made via credit cards are subject to an additional 3% fee

Right to refuse and dismissal from care
The Refresh Aesthetic Center by Shadyside Clinic LLC reserves the right to refuse treatment to patients who do not follow agreed upon policies or pose a conflict of interest.
False or misleading claims made offline or online may result in legal action.
Contacting Lindsay Twarog via her personal social media for business purposes may result in termination from Refresh Aesthetic Ctr and refusal of service
